Terms of Use
Effective date: July 11, 2026
1. The app
Dynamo Client is a native client for Amazon DynamoDB published by Pixel du Nord LLC ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your AWS account is yours
The app connects to AWS with credentials you provide. You are responsible for those credentials, for the permissions attached to them, and for all charges AWS bills to your account as a result of requests made with the app — including reads, writes, table creation and provisioned capacity.
3. Destructive operations
The app can modify and permanently delete data and infrastructure (items, tables, indexes). Irreversible actions require an explicit confirmation — including typing the resource name — but the responsibility for what you delete or overwrite is yours. We recommend using IAM credentials scoped to what you actually need, and making backups before bulk operations.
4. Purchases
"Dynamo Pro" is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the store before buying. Refunds are handled by the respective store under its own policy.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel du Nord LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including data loss or AWS charges — arising from the use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Trademarks
Dynamo Client is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. Amazon DynamoDB is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe compatibility.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
